This policy explains what information Co-work processes, why we process it, how subscription data is handled, and how you can request deletion or support.

Summary: Co-work uses an anonymous device-based account model. We process the content you submit to provide AI chat, assistants, image generation, feedback handling, and subscription verification.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Co-work application, including its iOS, iPadOS, and macOS experiences, and the related backend services used to operate chats, assistants, image generation, feedback, and Apple auto-renewable subscriptions.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the app, we may process the following categories of data:
- Anonymous account and device identifiers, such as a device-generated identifier stored locally and the internal user ID linked to it.
- Authentication and account state data, such as access tokens, membership status, points, and usage counters.
- Chat and assistant content, including prompts, conversation titles, message history, selected model, and assistant context needed to deliver the service.
- Uploaded content, including images you submit for vision or image-generation requests. For non-image files, the current service mainly processes file name and MIME-type context rather than full file body text.
- Image-generation request data, such as prompts, optional reference images, selected size, quality, and generated output returned to you.
- Feedback data, including the optional email address and message content you submit through the app.
- Subscription and purchase verification records, including Apple product identifiers, transaction IDs, original transaction IDs, signed transaction info or receipts, environment, expiration data, and the app account token used to match a purchase to your Co-work account.
- Security and abuse-prevention data, such as IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, reliability, and diagnostics.
3. How We Use Data
We process data to operate and improve Co-work, including to:
- Create and maintain your anonymous in-app account.
- Deliver AI chat, assistant, and image-generation responses.
- Store and sync conversation history across sessions for the same anonymous account.
- Verify purchases, restore subscriptions, and update membership benefits.
- Respond to support and feedback requests.
- Protect the service against abuse, unauthorized use, and technical failures.
- Maintain service performance, debugging, and product reliability.
4. Subscription and Payment Information
Payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details. When you purchase, renew, or restore a subscription, we process the transaction data Apple provides to verify the purchase, apply the correct membership status, and maintain accounting, anti-fraud, and customer-support records.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate Co-work:
- AI processing providers used to generate chat and image responses.
- Apple, for in-app purchase processing, subscription verification, and subscription status notifications.
- Infrastructure, hosting, database, and security providers that help us run the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain subscription records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Conversation history is retained until you delete it in the app or request account-associated deletion, unless we must keep limited records for legal or security reasons.
- Feedback submissions may be retained to respond to your request and maintain support history.
- Subscription verification and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
- Security and rate-limiting metadata may be retained for a limited operational period.
7. Your Choices and Deletion Requests
- You can delete individual conversations from inside the app where that feature is available.
- You can request deletion of account-associated data by emailing ify0222yfi@gmail.com.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You may choose not to provide optional feedback email information, but some features require the content you submit in order to work.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the data we process. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless necessary.
9. International Processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own when required by our infrastructure, AI, or payment-related service providers.
10. Children's Privacy
Co-work is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page by changing the "Last Updated" date.

5. 与第三方的共享
